- Paddle may collect payments, process taxes, issue invoices, manage refunds, and handle chargebacks.
- Users may see Paddle's name appearing on receipts, invoices, payment confirmations, or bank/card statements.
- Certain transaction-related information may be shared with Paddle as necessary to complete and administer purchases.
12.3 Billing Authorization
By making a purchase, Users authorize Paddle and/or the Company's authorized payment partners to charge the selected payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with the purchase.
12.4 Subscription Renewals
Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.
Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through their account settings or applicable billing portal.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically entitle the User to a refund outside the Company's Refund Policy.
12.5 Payment Security
The Company does not store complete payment card information on its own servers.
Payment information is processed by authorized payment providers and Merchant of Record partners using industry-standard security measures.
13.Cancellation and Refunds

13.3 Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation will stop future recurring billing but will not automatically terminate access already paid for during the active subscription period unless otherwise specified.
13.4 Chargebacks and Disputes
Users are encouraged to contact VMN NEWS or Paddle before initiating chargebacks through their financial institution.
Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.

29.Merchant of Record and Payment Processing
Certain purchases, subscriptions, memberships, digital products, courses, services, or other transactions made through the Platform may be processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliated entities ("Paddle"), acting as the Merchant of Record ("MoR") and authorized reseller for such transactions.
Where Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record:
- Paddle becomes the legal seller of record for the transaction.
- Paddle may process payments, issue invoices, collect applicable taxes, manage refunds, and perform fraud-prevention checks.
- Users may see Paddle's name on payment confirmations, invoices, billing statements, or receipts.
- Certain transaction-related information may be shared with Paddle as necessary to complete and administer purchases.
30.Refunds, Returns, and Chargebacks
For transactions processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record:
- Refund requests may be handled directly by Paddle or jointly by Paddle and Vermaverse OPC Private Limited.
- Users must comply with Paddle's applicable payment, refund, and dispute-resolution procedures.
- Paddle may independently review and process chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud investigations, and refund claims.
- Any refund eligibility remains subject to the Platform's published Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Where there is any conflict between payment-processing requirements imposed by Paddle and Platform-specific payment procedures, the requirements applicable to Paddle as Merchant of Record shall prevail solely with respect to payment administration, taxation, invoicing, refunds, and chargeback management.
31.Third-Party Payment Services
The Platform may use third-party payment processors, banks, payment gateways, and Merchant of Record providers to facilitate transactions.
By completing a purchase, Users acknowledge and agree that payment processing may be conducted by such authorized third parties, including Paddle where applicable, subject to their respective legal obligations, payment terms, privacy practices, and compliance requirements.
32.Merchant of Record Notice
Certain transactions on the Platform are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and/or its affiliates acting as Merchant of Record. Users acknowledge that Paddle may administer billing, taxation, invoicing, refunds, and payment dispute resolution in accordance with applicable laws and Paddle's policies.
